Tanzania is home to the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth, and Arusha, where we are based, is the starting point for it all. Our safari packages cover the full Northern Circuit: the endless plains of the Serengeti, the wildlife-packed Ngorongoro Crater, the elephant herds and baobabs of Tarangire, and the tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara. We also run safaris to Tanzania’s wilder south and west, including Nyerere (Selous), Ruaha, Mikumi, Saadani and chimpanzee trekking in Gombe.

A day on safari
Days follow the light and the wildlife, not the clock. A typical day starts before sunrise with coffee and a pre-dawn game drive, when predators are most active and the light is softest for photographs. Late morning brings a bush breakfast or a return to camp to rest through the heat of the day.
The afternoon drive runs into golden hour, often ending with a sundowner overlooking the plains before dinner under the stars. Every itinerary we build has room to adjust: more time at a waterhole, a longer walk, or simply slowing down.

When to go
Dry Season, June–October
The best all-round game viewing, including river crossings in the northern Serengeti.
Calving Season, January–February
The wildebeest calving season in the southern Serengeti, with predators following closely.
Green Season, March–May & November
Lower prices, lush scenery and fewer vehicles at the parks.
